Motivation and stimulation in selected organization

This thesis aims to explore the degree of motivation and stimulation in the selected company. Through appropriate methodology analyzes whether the employee incentive program is perceived, how they operate and whether there are any gaps. For this is the conclusion of this work suggested several options for how the situation could be improved in the company.
Motivation and Stimulation in a Chosen Company

This bachelor thesis deals with motivation and stimulation of employees in a company DURA Automotive CZ, k. s. in Blatná. Thesis is devided into two parts. The first part is a literature review with theoretical basis for the practical part. For the practical part of the thesis we carried out a research that deals with sources of motivation and stimulation which affect employees. By the research, the employees work in the creative, friendly and relaxed work environment with the place for creating their own system of values. For employees the greatest value was the wide benefit range. Other important values for the office workers were enough competences and confidence in them, centrainty of employment and the possibility of personal fulfillment. For labourers cectrainty of employment and clear rules were important. One of the big problems was fluctuation in numbers of labourers 82% interviewed labourers have worked in the company for less then 5 years. The labourers aren't satisfied with their salary. 77% of labourers are dissatisfied or rather dissatisfied. The labourers would see their ideal salaries at about 2.7 times higher the their actual salaries in the company. The office workers aren't satisfied with their salaries either. They haven't got enough competences and possibilities for career growth. To improve motivation a stimulation a plan was designed, how to change the benfit offer, to be more flexible and individual.
